Four Seasons

Spring is here, it is a perfect time to get creative. I have created something fun, and would like to invite you to join us.

Four Seasons Registration Open

Four Seasons is a brand new FREE mini-course inspired by trees, colours and the beauty of Winter, Spring, Summer and Autumn.

It’s also a perfect prelude to Arboretum: this very popular three week long course was launched in 2022 and will be running again from 1-21 May. Read more about this course below.

Trees are the perfect subject to inspire our own creativity and expand our imagination, so let's jump in!

What will we do? I put together Four Seasons to explore creative processes in water-based media with the familiar yet varied shapes of trees as our theme. There are five video lessons, one for each of the four seasons and a bonus. The projects will incorporate your own unique shapes, drawing style and painted marks using my signature Creative Leap process. Click here to join.

Arboretum

I'd love to invite you to my next ‘live’ online course, Arboretum, which first ran at the beginning of 2023. It's being offered again from 1 to 21 May and works perfectly as a more in-depth follow up to Four Seasons.

Expand your creativity and develop a stronger sense of colour, pattern and form with this alternative drawing and painting course based on the subject of trees.

Arboretum consists of fifteen projects delivered in three modules, designed to develop fresh ideas and to promote original and imaginative thinking. This course incorporates the Creative Leap method of teaching where handwriting, numbers and symbols are used as anchor points for explorative and expressive drawing and sketchbook explorations.

Sketchbook Revival

A quick reminder about Sketchbook Revival 2023, It is the third year that I am participating. My workshop is called One, Two, Tree! I will show you ways to incorporate painting, drawing and stamping in watercolour to create colourful layered trees in watercolour and gouache.

Sketchbook Revival is free to join and will be taking place from 20 March for two weeks.
